This wheat seed processing line is designed to improve seed purity, remove defective grains, and ensure consistent quality for planting and distribution.
1. Pre-Cleaning.
Removes straw, large impurities using pre-cleaner, rotary vibration screener, or vibration screener, protecting downstream machines and improving overall processing efficiency.
2. Fine Cleaning.
Eliminates dust, sand, light particles, and broken grains by using an air screen cleaner, improving material cleanliness before precision processing.
3. Gravity Separator.
Removes light, immature, insect-damaged, moldy, and poorly filled seeds by using a gravity separator, improving seed purity, germination rate, and overall seed quality.
4. Length & Color Sorting (Optional).
Removes broken, long, and short impurities by using an indented cylinder, and eliminates discolored and defective seeds by using a color sorter, improving seed purity
5. Seed coating.
Applies protective chemicals or nutrients by using a seed coating machine (continuous or batch type), improving germination, disease resistance, and planting performance.
6. Weighing & Packaging
Accurately weighs and packs processed seeds by using an automatic weighing scale, packaging machine, and sewing or sealing system, ensuring efficient storage, transport, and distribution.
